Traditional Contract Route

A single point of contact will report directly to you, take instructions, and act as Project Coordinator throughout the project’s lifespan. This hands-on role is perfect for property owners/occupiers looking to maintain an active role while benefiting from the full range of services available at Credo Asset Optimisation’

Fees are on a consultancy basis.

Joint venture partnership

Having agreed on a detailed brief –including reporting procedures – Credo Asset Optimisation acts as your Project Coordinator/Project Manager, armed with a full suite of skills needed to take your project from conception to exit. A joint venture arrangement providing a ‘hands-free’ full-package solution for busy landlords looking for a skilled asset management partner to take projects from the drawing board to completion.

Fees are pre-agreed on a ‘cost plus’ basis to minimise cash flow for the project’s duration. Profits are allocated upon conclusion on a pre-agreed basis, ensuring that interests are fully aligned.

Annual portfolio retainer

If you’re a busy portfolio landlord or multiple occupier, you may require a range of services on an ad-hoc basis. You may also need access to relevant property professionals without the administration involved with recruiting an in-house team.

Credo Asset Optimisation provides this full-package consultancy with fees based upon services required and aligned to portfolio value.
